This beautifully maintained property is just ten minutes from Ronda and is situated in the valley to the north of the town. There is a large, mature garden with plenty of places to sit amongst oak, olive and palm trees. Terraces surround the swimming pool, with large lawns complimenting the lush and verdant gardens.
The house can be booked for up to 6 people plus one child.
Entering through an electric security gate, a driveway leads to a parking area. The house is approached from a large front terrace overlooking the garden with good quality dining furniture. Through the front door to the left, is the kitchen/diner with dining alcove surrounded by windows overlooking the garden. A breakfast bar with stools separates the cooking facilities, which provide a ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine. To the right of the entrance is the large sitting room, with sofa and chairs around an open fireplace, a television with some English language news channels is also provided. An alcove at the far end of the sitting room is furnished with a formal dining table and chairs, again, surrounded by windows overlooking the garden.
There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, each with twin beds, television (Spanish), private terrace and en suite bathrooms comprising of bath/shower, basin and lavatory.
At the top of the stairs there is an open sitting area leading to the master bedroom. This has a king-sized bed and a large terrace to the front of the property with views over the garden to the mountains in the distance. A door leads through to a dressing room with fitted cupboards and on to the en suite bathroom, which is fitted with double sinks, shower/bath, basin and lavatory.
All rooms have ceiling fans and are furnished to a high standard with bathrooms fully tiled and well fitted. Full central heating is standard throughout the property for the cooler months.
The garden has a fully automatic irrigation system, which comes into operation at 8.00pm and waters throughout the night. There is an
10x4 metres swimming pool with fully automatic filtration system and has sun-loungers and seating from which to enjoy the sunshine. There is statuary and fountains and places to sit in this beautifully laid out and private garden. A gas barbecue is also provided.
This is an impeccable property, tastefully furnished throughout in a quiet location in countryside approximately 5 kilometres from Ronda, offering a luxurious base from which to enjoy the attractions of the town and surrounding area.
A gardener and housekeeper are on hand who live in a small cottage within
the large grounds.
