This immaculate house has everything you could want from a luxury holiday villa. Whether you want to laze by the swimming pool, read a book from the library or tone up in the gym this is undoubtedly considered to be a very comfortable house with daily maid service included.

The house is beautifully designed, well thought out and constructed to a high standard. It is set on a hillside, 1.5kms from the village of Arriate with extensive gardens overlooking an olive grove. The views stretch for miles down a valley towards the Grazalema National Park.

Large antique doors lead into the broad hallway. On one’s left, is the sitting room, dining room and kitchen and to the right are the bedrooms.

In the centre of the property is a courtyard, with a bubbling fountain and pretty outdoor furniture. The theme of antique double doors continues through out the living area. Elegant furniture decorates the sitting room with one wall devoted to a library of books, many of which will tell you about the history and culture of Andalucia. There is a bureau for writing letters and games for entertainment. The dining room is spacious and comfortably seats ten people. French windows lead from the sitting room out onto the covered terrace where one can dine or occupy the inviting hammock. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with every utensil and appliance to hand. The hob has five rings the oven is larger than average and the fridge/freezer is a double door American style fridge. Additional fridge/freezer space is provided downstairs in the utility room where one will find the washing machine and tumble dryer.

The four bedrooms on the ground and upper floors are all large with double beds and en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is delightful, sunny and has its own terrace. The bathroom is luxurious with two basins, bath, shower lavatory and bidet. All four bedrooms have ceiling fans. On the lower ground floor is the fifth bedroom, which has single beds and a sofa and is also used as the TV room. There is Satellite television with a wide range of channels and a DVD and DVD library. A further bathroom is adjacent.

Outside the pool area is a world in itself. A built in barbecue is provided in a small kitchenette in the pool house. Another shower room is also located here for convenience. The saltwater swimming pool measures 10x 4 meters and is open from May until October. Good quality, outdoor furniture and pool towels are provided for sunbathing.

This is an exceptional house, which provides truly memorable holidays for those who have stayed. This is one of the best villa rental houses in Andalucia and is the perfect location for exploring the delights of Ronda, Seville, Granada and Cordoba.

Please note that the maid does not come on Sundays or public holidays.

The owner may be in residence in the basement (with separate entrance) on occasion but the gardens, pool and terraces are solely for the use of guests. The owner will be discrete at all times and will ensure the house and all services will be run to a high standard.

Towels are changed twice a week and bedsheets once a week.
