Exceptionally well built, very well appointed, this beautiful house has superb views across the valley looking towards the surrounding mountains. Tastefully furnished with antique doors, this house has benefited from a great attention to detail. Upstairs there are three well proportioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower, basin, bidet and lavatory. The second bedroom has twin beds, with the possibility of a supplementary bed, and an en suite shower room. The new extension, which has been tastefully added, provides a further double bedroom with the use of the shower room now accessed by its own staircase. It also has its own door to the garden. Downstairs there are two large sitting rooms, one has an adjoining shower room with basin and lavatory. The other sitting room has a sofa and armchairs and an open fireplace. Both are decorated to a high standard. The kitchen is very well equipped with good quality fitted cupboards and marble work surfaces. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, 4 ring hob, oven and fridge/freezer. It benefits from central heating for the cooler months with an allowance included in the price for up to nine hours usage per day (usage in excess of this will be charged separately at the end of your stay). Outside there are terraces for dining alfresco with wonderful mountain views. The house is set in a two acre plot with lawned gardens and an olive grove. There is a fully tiled swimming pool measuring approximately 9x5 metres which has good steps down and a full filtration system. Maid service is available at extra cost if required. However it is cleaned once a week as part of the rental. This house is highly recommended and is situated four kilometres from the town in open countryside. |
