Casa Blanca is an excellent addition to our portfolio of houses in Andalucia. This is a thoughtfully renovated property originally built approximately one hundred and fifty years ago, which has been elegantly decorated and occupies a lovely countryside setting. Although hidden away in the valley it is only ten minutes from the beautiful town of Ronda.

A long tree-lined drive leads to the gates of the house which is surrounded by gardens with cipress, acacia and palm trees. Local materials of stone, wood and terracotta tiles have been judiciously used to create a well designed outdoor space.  The swimming pool measures 8.50 meters x 5.00 meters and is furnished with wooden sun beds. The dining area has a built in barbeque and a large glass dining table and chairs. Inside the well proportioned sitting room has comfortable sofas and armchairs with an open fireplace and is decorated in a subtle shade of grey/green.

The dining room forms the L shape of this open plan area and has a long antique oak table. A swing door leads through to the kitchen which has a lovely atmosphere belonging to another era, which nevertheless has all the modern appliances required – ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen with a washing machine. The main house has four bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with twin beds and upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds. All the bathrooms are beautifully tiled and all the bedrooms have built in wardrobes made from restored wood. All the beds are of good quality and the upstairs rooms are particularly spacious. In addition to the main house there is an annexe with a double bed and ensuite shower room.

Casa Blanca represents the best that classic Andalucia has to offer both in its location and in its character and quality. Local facilities include country bar /restaurants, riding and walking whilst being ideally placed for sightseeing in the region of Andalucia with Granada, Jerez and Seville within driving distance for a day round trip.
