Set in pretty gardens with views across the valley, El Campito is a welcoming and comfortable cottage just a few minutes outside of Ronda. Both the front porch and the shady rear terrace offer plenty of space to enjoy eating outdoors.

The swimming pool with full filtration system measures 8.5 x 5.5 metres and is surrounded by lawn and has a pool-house containing a barbeque.

Inside there is a large airy dining room with table and chairs from which steps lead down into the sitting room where there is an open fireplace surrounded by armchairs and a sofa. A television with local channels is provided. The kitchen is well equipped with a four- ring ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine. Central heating has recently been installed.

Downstairs a corridor leads from the dining room through to the bedrooms. The master bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and lavatory, the second bedroom also has twin beds, the third having a single bed. All rooms have adequate wardrobe facilities. The second bathroom is fitted with a bath/shower, bidet, basin and lavatory.
